Comparative Performances Study of a Variable Speed Electrical Drive
Abstract
This paper presents the comparative performances study of a variable speed electric drive. In our study two cases are considered, when the induction motor is fed respectively by three-phase matrix converter after by three-phase voltage inverter. The control strategy for each case is presented. The simulation results are carried out using the package Matlab/Simulink. The obtained simulations results are analysed and discussed.
